A Pannonhalmi Főapátság harmadízben rendezi meg nemzetközi ökumenikus konferenciáját. 2023-ban, a monostor szereztestemploma felszentelésének 800. jubileumi évének kezdetén a konferencia kapcsán monostorunkba látogat Őszentsége I. Bartholomaiosz konstantinápolyi egyetemes pátriárka, Antoine Kambanda bíboros, kigali érsek (Ruanda), valamint az ökumenikus mozgalom számos jeles nemzetközi képviselője. A konferencián a béke kérdéskörét vizsgálják meg az előadók. A konferenciát és a záró ökumenikus vesperást a főapátság YouTube-csatornáján élőben közvetítjük.
In 2023, the Archabbey of Pannonhalma will host the International Ecumenical Symposium for the third time.
The conference will be attended by His All-Holiness Bartholomew I, Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople, Cardinal Antoine Kambanda, Archbishop of Kigali (Rwanda), and many prominent international representatives of the ecumenical movement. The theme of the symposium is peace. The conference and ecumenical vespers will be streamed live on the Archabbey's YouTube channel.
